We provide as many logins as you need, giving leaseholders access to their own account as well as to shared block information.

Administrator rights give you full overview of all the financial data and control how much access everyone has to sensitive details such as service charge arrears.

Leaseholder Portal

As leaseholders have logins too they can access budgets, documentation, and maintenance reports themselves making the whole management process totally transparent. SELF stores all historical information so that it is readily available to current leaseholders.

Unlike other block management software, SELF is very intuitive and user-friendly. We’ve designed it so that you can get started straight away, with no training. If you find you would like some extra help, we charge a small fee.

If you feel that you would like some help getting started we are able to assist by getting your account up and running, completing information and uploading documents for a minimal charge.
