You and your neighbors can log in from anywhere, on any device, giving you instant access to documentation, certificates, accounts, messages, meeting minutes, actions agreed, and more. We provide as many logins as you need, giving leaseholders access to their own account as well as to shared block information.
Administrator rights give you full overview of all the financial data and control how much access everyone has to sensitive details such as service charge arrears.
As leaseholders have logins too they can access budgets, documentation, and maintenance reports themselves making the whole management process totally transparent. SELF stores all historical information so that it is readily available to current leaseholders.
There is a built-in instant messaging service, a digital message board, and an online voting tool to speed up decision-making.

Unique to SELF, our software provides a comprehensive checklist to help you stay compliant. An inbuilt case management system takes you step by step through the block management process. There are prompts to help you manage your blocks according to best practice.
Warning alerts have been set up for Section 20 thresholds to ensure that legal obligations have been met and there are templates to follow if you need to produce notices for these or 14 day arrears.

Block management training
Unlike other block management software, SELF is very intuitive and user-friendly. We’ve designed it so that you can get started straight away, with no training. If you find you would like some extra help, we charge a small fee.
If you feel that you would like some help getting started we are able to assist by getting your account up and running, completing information and uploading documents for a minimal charge.
